We are seeking an analyst to join the Performance and Reward Services team to provide advice, analytic and operational support in relation to the development, implementation and maintenance of Performance and Reward frameworks.
Day to day you will;
- Contribute to cyclic activities such as Mid-Year/End of Year Performance, Reward reviews and reporting
- Contribute to Project activities such as Reward changes, Enterprise Agreement outcomes and governance requirements
- Remuneration Survey Management: provide analysis and input to the survey management process to ensure employees have access to accurate market data information.
- Data collection for participation in market surveys, liaise with stakeholders to validate market matches, maintenance of survey data, analysis, interpretation and communication of market data survey results
- Provide analysis and insight preparation as an input to reporting for Leadership teams/ committees
- Provide timely and accurate advice in relation to remuneration reviews, remuneration policies, incentive plans and general enquiries
What you will bring;
- Excellent analytical reasoning and knowledge of analytics and modelling tools
- Strong communication skills, including writing and presentation.
- Project management skills.
- Knowledge of NAB's Performance & Rewards policies and guidelines preferred (e.g. remuneration policy, enterprise agreement, incentive plans, job evaluation, remuneration review)
