Our team - the End User Support Team consists of IT Service Desk, Onsite support, Executive IT and EUX Operations. We are passionate about providing a world class user experience to our colleagues by removing the complexity out of IT, so our business can focus on improving the financial wellbeing of customers and communities.
Do work that matters
Lead and inspire a team of 7 highly skilled Technical Operations Delivery Leads across all of our key End User Experience services including, but not limited to O365 suite, SOE - Windows 10, CVS/VDI, Print, Software Packaging, Skype for Business, NexThink, and Remote Access Services.
As an accomplished Senior IT Operations Manager you will be across all aspects of incident, problem and change management with a service improvement mindset and confidence running with any high priority incidents with executive stakeholders and/or strategic partners.
Many of our key functions are delivered by strategic partners and Service level agreements are reviewed regularly, so your supplier governance experience, strong commercial understanding on RFP and RFI will be called upon to be successful in this position.
You will also enjoy standing in for your Executive Manager across the broader group and supporting them with key aspects of the IT Service Desk & EUX Operations. You will also be communicating and influencing at an executive level across all aspects of your portfolio, and at all times be ready to demonstrate achievement of results e.g. service improvements, cost savings and risk remediation.
What does success look like?
You will be an inspiring senior leader of IT operations teams with experience in similar large enterprise roles and a good understanding of the technologies underpinning End User experience (EUX). Your deep experience in related service management and pro-active operations management roles, resolving high priority incidents and working with suppliers with strong supplier governance will help you succeed.
