Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We currently have an opportunity for a Consultant Channel Personalisation to join the Remediation Communications team.
In this role, you will support the design and build of a world class channel personalisation function through the design, management and delivery of marketing and enterprise owned channel communication activity within Remediation. Specifically, you are to:
- Design, build and deliver personalised customer communications/experiences within channels and across platforms
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding best practice multi-channel, multi-step communication design
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness through the Remediation Communications team, tools and processes
What you will bring
In this role you need to have loads of passion and be a pro-active self-starter to ensure effectiveness in the role. You are also well organised, have superb attention to detail and apply logic in dealing with problems. You can demonstrate:
- Experience in Marketing and Advertising Technology (MarTech / Adtech), and preferably with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or the Adobe suite: Campaign, Audience Manager, Target and Analytics
- Experience in Banking & Financial industry
- Design, build and deliver personalised customer communications/experiences within channels and across platforms
- Provide subject matter expertise regarding best practice multi-channel, multi-step communication design
- Drive continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness through the Channel Personalisation team, tools and processes
- Ability to execute and deliver for results
- Expertise in building relationships & influencing across all levels of stakeholders
