The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager Growth for Australia and New Zealand, this exciting Perth based role will focus on driving and delivering to our sales strategy across all lines of business with a specific focus on the SMC client solutions. You will work within the National ANZ Sales team, which consists of 9 team members. We are a high performing team that live our 4 key business values on a daily basis – Personal Safety leadership, Care & Empathy, Customer service and Diversity, inclusion & equality.
This pivotal role will see you excel by utilizing your extensive networking and communication skills and best utilize your ability to hit the ground running and make movement with SMC clients.
You will join the National Sales Team across ANZ and as a trusted and integral team member you will be responsible for;
- Researching new business opportunities in the SMC field and close sales
- Developing true business partnerships that add value to our clients and Programmed
- Maintaining an accurate and ongoing sales pipeline
- Strategic brainstorming and implementation of new business development initiatives with senior management
- Tender writing and submissions
- Developing opportunities to cross sell products to existing clients
- Working collaboratively with the National Sales team on strategic pursuits
Skills and Experience:
- A minimum 3 years’ experience in a sales-based recruitment role. High volume turnover of SMC prospecting would be an advantage.
- The ability to identify new opportunities and close
- Be approachable and confident in dealing with a variety of people including colleagues, internal and external management and all stakeholders
- Experience working to and hitting high KPIs and targets
- Have strong computer literacy, Microsoft Office and Dynamics Sales CRM or similar
- Strong proposal writing skills to support you crafting compelling solutions
- Ability to educate the prospects with new ideas or perspectives
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to the new virtual selling environment
