The role:
Reporting to the Retail Executive (SA/NT/WA), this is a highly focused customer environment and as a Retail Customer Executive you will have the ability to:
- Influence customer advocacy by role modelling our values
- Display your professional sales edge and continue to foster growth through proactive coaching and broader engagement across the community.
- Be responsible for overseeing the operational excellence of your market.
- Develop and execute a balanced business strategy ensuring risk and compliance.
- Lead year on year revenue growth, business profitability and main bank/product penetration.
- Live, work and play in one of Australia’s most beautiful locations: Adelaide.

- Proven sales leadership experience, with exposure to leader of leader roles.
