The CRO Specialist is responsible for enhancing the end-to-end customer shopping experience by leveraging data and delivering on revenue targets. You will manage the conversion rate optimisation strategy, roadmap and experimentation plans of the BWS website and app.
Your focus will include, but not limited to:
● Supporting the development, management and delivery of the eCommerce strategy for BWS website and app.
● Implementing A/B and multivariate tests including planning and reporting.
● Building audience segmentation traits for personalisation and retargeting to increase qualified site traffic.
● Working closely with the Insights team to analyse performance data, metrics, and make optimisations based on the analysis.
● Continual evaluation and improvement of test campaigns through data-driven insights and KPI focused analysis.
● Assisting the eCommerce team with building campaign promotions on the website.
● Present test insights, wins and losses to inform business decisions and the overall roadmap.
About You
Ideally, you will have a minimum of 3 years CRO experience in a similar role with a proven track record of exceeding business KPIs. You will have an affinity for reinventing the customer shopping experience and contribute to building digital retailing 2.0 for BWS.
In addition, you will have demonstrated experience managing and optimising online behavioural traffic with the following skills:
- Strong experience with personalisation and testing platforms, ideally Audience Experience Manager, Adobe Target, Google Optimize or Optimizely.
- Experience with DMPs and audience segmentation tools, ideally BlueKai Oracle and Adobe Audience Manager.
- Data driven background, with an understanding of data validation tool, ideally Adobe Analytics or Google Analytics.
- Hands on experience with customer behaviour platforms (Full Story, Hotjar, CrazyEgg, etc).
- Can-do attitude and proactive approach to problem solving.
