eCommerce Zone Lead

WooliesX is seeking an energetic eCommerce Zone Lead who will drive and deliver e-com strategy, framework and activity pipeline to improve our customer’s experiences. Partnering with our Operations and Group managers whilst working alongside Store teams, the successful candidate will understand the local e-com customer base to ensure strategy delivery is fit for stores, contributing to business growth.
Key responsibilities
- Coach, influence and strengthen capability in supermarket Operations and State Support teams
- Provide subject matter advice on all e-com initiatives
- Demonstrate and train others on e-com processes
- Interpret data to understand overall strategy and support successful delivery
- Support stores to build and implement e-com activities
Skills, experience and qualifications
- Natural curiosity with an engaging communication style
- Prior retail store experience in a matrix-style, complex retail or FMCG environment highly regarded
- Desire to travel between sites regularly to develop thorough understanding of store operations
- Availability to work in-line with store operations including nights and weekends where required
- Proven experience in coaching and mentoring at various levels
