Your career at NAB is about more than money, it's about serving our customers well and helping our communities prosper. We currently have an opportunity for a Service Advisor.
This is an inbound call centre, phone-based role that will see you supporting our consumer customers. You will be taking calls from our existing customers enquiring about their internet banking and credit cards. We are open Monday - Friday (8 am-9 pm) and Weekends (9 am - 6 pm), hours will rotate across these days.
The role will be a hybrid working model (on site/remote working) with the exception of training periods. You will be required on site for the first portion of training. Please note the training (9 weeks) will be held in our Docklands office, however your role will be based out of our Knox centre once training concludes.

- A Customer focus to ensure you always have the customers needs front of mind
- Ability to navigate multiple systems whilst being on the phone
- Someone who thrives in a high energy, fast-paced & supportive team environment
- Strong Communication, written and listening skills
- Someone with a great attitude who wants to start their career in banking
- Previous customer service experience will be highly regarded
