We have an exciting opportunity for a Network Control Agent to join our Operations team located in Brisbane .
WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?
- As a Network Control Agent you will be supporting our exports and data entry team
- You will be communicating with DHL colleagues across the globe to assist with shipment enquiries
- You will liaise with our customers to ensure their shipments are processed correctly and any errors are resolved quickly and efficiently
- You will be working in small dynamic at our Brisbane Gateway
- This is a part time position working 33.5 hours per week from Monday to Friday
- Mon & Fri from 15\:00 to 22\:00
- Tues, Wed, Thurs from 15\:00 to 21\:30
WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE JOB?
- Experience working with airline cargo - Desirable
- Experience working with government agencies including Customs and Quarantine - Desirable
- Dangerous Goods certification - Desirable
- Customer service experience
- Adaptability and open to learning new skills
- Great communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional typing skills
- A focus on teamwork
- Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft office
- Reliability and a can do attitude
- Physical fitness - ability to walk, climb, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel and crouch repeatedly
