About the Role
In partnership with Marketing Activation, you will develop and execute a compelling B2C Trade Plan that attracts new, retains existing and engage lapsed customers with a focus on increasing Average Order Value (AOV), driving sustainable sales and profit at an efficient ROI in line with the Supermarkets and eCom calendar in line with our Quarterly Delivery Cycle (QDC) process.
Reporting into the Digital Trading Planning, Range & Space Chapter, you will be a part of the broader Commercial Practice and will support, engage and partner cross-functionally across WooliesX and the wider Woolworths Group.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Trade Planning & Execution process and ways of working across WooliesX
- Ensure the timely execution of the B2C Trade Plan and execution across home page and merch card, online only promotions, bundles, acquisition & customer marketing
- Integrate and share the B2C Trade Plan into Supermarket trade planning activities and processes to leverage for optimal results.
- Ongoing optimisation of homepage by working closely with CRO, marketing & design teams to maximise customer engagement opportunities.
- Build, align and flight the Merchandise Trade Plan: Work closely with the Digital Merchandising Team to build & execute tailored Trade & Event programs to drive sales and profit across all Merchandising Groups
- Build, align and flight the Proposition Trade Plan: Work closely with the Proposition Trading Manager to build & execute tailored Trade programs to drive sales and profit across all Propositions
- Support and work in line with our Agile Structure
- Team development and coaching
About You
You are currently an experienced Digital Campaign Manager with strong project management skills & a background in eCommerce, Retail or FMCG and a proven track record in delivering results. You will be an effective collaborator with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- 5yrs+ cross-functional buying/trading & merchandising experience (FMCG, Retailer or Supplier)
- Deep understanding of category management, activation, retail operations, digital, eCommerce and convenience propositions is an advantage
- Experience managing P&L and budgets
- Passion for online retail, eCommerce or technology
- Strong written and oral skills
- Proven track record of consistent delivery against trading KPIs
- Team and people development & leadership experience
- Cross functional experience
- Track record of managing and delivering change as well as results
- Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships
- Ability to prioritise and work well in a pressured situations
