We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Superstar to join our Customs team as a Support Agent!
WHAT WILL MY JOB LOOK LIKE?
- Working with our Customers to ensure their goods transition through biosecurity smoothly
- Interacting with customers via all communication channels
- Facilitating biosecurity inspections for shipments arriving from overseas
- Using your initiative to solve any problems that might occur during the biosecurity process
- You'll get to work with 7 other clearance support agents in a fun and diverse team based in Mascot
- This is a full time role working Tuesday to Saturday from 1pm-9pm (hours are slightly flexible, shift penalties apply!)
WHAT CAN I BRING TO THE JOB?
- Minimum 1 Year Customer Service Experience
- Some experience with either Customs or in the logistics industry would be helpful but not essential
- Excellent problem solving & decision making skills
- High attention to detail
- Exceptional customer focus and the ability to multi-task
- Great communication skills
- A focus on teamwork
