As a Product Analyst you will actively support the shaping of our vision for Term Deposits. Through innovation and partnerships across banking you will identify opportunities and deliver initiatives for improvement.
In this position, you will support the Run component of the Term Deposit product portfolio. Your responsibilities include; contributing to the enhancement, simplification and standardization of the product experience for bankers and customers, while reducing risk across processes and systems and ensuring compliance with policy and regulations.
As a Product Analyst, Term Deposits, you will be responsible for supporting
- The Run component of the Term Deposit portfolio, Including:
- Product Reviews
- Collateral Updates
- Monthly Portfolio Reporting
- Banker & Customer query and complaints management
- Data and analytics, while working with the system analytics team for support.
- Process mapping and analysis to identify opportunities for enhancement, simplification & standardisation
What you will bring
- Experience – In financial services (preferably in a product/project management, strategy or operations role).
- Tertiary Qualification – Tertiary qualified with a degree in Business.
- Strategic thinking and concept development – Ability to think laterally and shape ideas.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills – Ability to collect and analyse complex data and situations to identify insights and opportunities.
- Presentation skills – Ability to coherently present ideas in a structured and logical way, supported by data and insights.
- Capability across the Office 365 suite – particularly Microsoft Excel, Visio & PowerPoint.
