Skills and Experience:
- Experience in Client Service Delivery role
- Previous Stakeholder Management experience
- Solid knowledge of IT Service Management (ITIL, SLA’s etc)
- Knowledge of SAP Application Maintenance and Development highly desirable
- Global Delivery Model Experience
- Previous experience in New Business Development
- Application Outsourcing Experience
- Systems Integration Experience
- Infrastructure Outsourcing Experience
