TALENT ACQUISITON MANAGER
This is a national role, reporting to the Group Manager, Resourcing where you will be an integral part of our talent function get the opportunity to translate business needs (from business plans and growth strategies) into talent acquisition actions. Be part of a high performing team and effectively implement business strategies, processes, programs, and tools to attract and select high performing talent, providing market intelligence and insight into emerging talent within the industry.
This is an opportunity to innovate and create as you work within the Talent Acquisition team to support and build processes and procedures that becomes the benchmark within the industry for the talent community at UGL.
About you
- 10 years Recruitment experience coupled with 5 years Exec level strategic sourcing experience
- Demonstrated experience with process mapping, creation of workflows, templates, document management protocols and reengineering talent acquisition process for optimum service delivery with a constant focus on continuous improvement and innovative solutions
- Strategic thinking and complex problem solving, including ability to take a business need and combine this with industry knowledge and experience to craft a compelling Talent Acquisition strategy
- Deep understanding of recruitment as a specialist discipline
