About The Role
As the Team Support Coordinator you will provide administrative support to the Fruit & Veg team. The key responsibilities of your role will include, but will not be limited to:
- Administration support for the Fruit & Veg Buying team (ie. meeting coordination, room bookings, training bookings)
- Coordinate group travel arrangements (ie. develop itinerary, manage travel bookings, manage travel calendar, process travel expenses)
- Coordinate team events (ie. team offsites, industry events)
- Support the onboarding of new team members to the team
- Support the leave planning and resource management for the team
- Maintain the Fruit & Veg contact list published on our Store Portal
- Process Fruit & Veg department invoices
- Oversee department expenditures
- Review store feedback (medallia), respond where able, seek further information and ensure close-out back to store.
- SAP user audit & org structure
- Oversee sponsorship agreements and associated administration
- Manage newspaper subscriptions
- Coordination of capacity planning for the team (training, events, QBR's etc)
- Growth Fund program administration
About You
You are a motivated, self-starter who will bring to the role a prior experience in an Administration Role or Customer Service environment. You pride yourself on your strong attention to detail and ability to effectively prioritise competing priorities, and come to work each day with a “can-do” attitude.
Key skills, experience and desirable attributes will include:
- Intermediate skills in Google functions specifically with Google Slides
- Experience using SAP is desirable but not essential
- Demonstrated ability to work to deadlines with tight time constraints
