JOB DESCRIPTION
Looking for a payroll officer with over 5 years’ experience in end to end payroll processing:

1. Payroll input processing – Processing payroll data in order to maintain and update payroll information into SAP payroll system.
2. Resolving payroll queries related to payroll input processing.
3. Performing quarterly and yearly audits along with lead/manager.
4. Creating personal files and uploading employees employment related documents as a part of new onboarding projects, updating Gen updates.
5. Performing leave reconciliation – Checking leave taken history, leave accrual balance and service of employment.
6. Preparing and reviewing severance estimates.
7. Helping teams in monthly and yearly activities like running Payroll and HRO reports, bulk onboardings, bulk terminations, bulk master data processing etc.
8. As a team managing shared mailboxes.
9. Working on data clean-up projects with payroll like back payments calculation, superannuation and tax deductions.
10. Performing testing ( UAT and Regression testing) for new updates in SAP or new project onboardings.
11. Creating and updating SOPs, checklists and process related documents.
12. Providing trainings to new joiners.
