Short Description:
Infosys is looking for an IBM BPM/BAW or ODM Specialist to work with one of our leading banking customer along with our internal teams to help support and design solutions for IBM BPM, IBM BAW, IBM Case Manager or IBM ODM. The IBM BPM/BAW or ODM Specialist will work with enterprises to understand the customer business drivers as well as their existing architecture to design and execute a reliable go forward modernization strategies and solutions.
Our ideal candidate will have extensive experience working directly with clients as a technical consultant or architect having experience in legacy IBM BPM (Lombardi), Case Manager, FileNet and BAW, or ODM, and should be technically savvy but also have mastered the art of delivering customer solutions that meet their future requirements. The candidate will blend their analytical, solutions-focused approach with a service-oriented attitude.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Minimum 2 to 4 years of relevant and related professional experience working as an IBM BPM/BAW/ODM Architect or Consultant
- Ability to assess impact and provide end to end design solution for complex work that spans across multiple technologies and business units.
- Experience in Domain Driven Designing and solutioning
- Experience devising architecture strategy to support future business goals
- Experience in leading team of architectures to design and drive bigger transformation programs
- Able to research, do prototyping and develop modernize solutions for challenges
- Experience defining roadmaps, current / future state models and maintaining architecture documentation
- Experience providing technical direction to development teams on Solutions implementation and governance
- Skilled to evaluate and implement latest industry standards, tools and technologies.
- Worked on implementing technology strategy for a solution.
- Strong knowledge of Microservices Architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Cloud Architecture
- Strong knowledge of Network, Storage, Public private cloud and multi tenant architecture
- Skilled in articulating artifacts such as design document, architecture diagrams etc.
- Experienced working with Waterfall, Agile delivery modals
- Good communications skills and ability to produce high-quality deliverables
- Experience with configuration, deployment, and testing of enterprise software applications
- Being responsible to solve issues and working closely with the team and upstream downstream
- client teams Proactive in looking in to the tasks and ask questions to learn more and build individual ownership and responsibility on tasks
Skills/Competencies:
- Experience designing and developing solutions using the following technologies:
- IBM ODM
- IBM BPM
- IBM BAW
- Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of IBM BPM, BAW or ODM
- Good understanding of the technical components involved in IBM BPM/BAW/ODM projects
- Good understanding of data migration requirements, approach, design and implementation
- Experience in all aspects of SDLC
- Excellent customer interfacing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
