An opportunity has become available for a Senior Manager – SEO Transformation Strategy. We will consider candidates based in Sydney or Melbourne.
A bit about your role
Reporting to the General Manager – Technology Strategy & Transformation, the Senior Manager – SEO Transformation Strategy is accountable for driving the longer-term transformation vision for SEO and collaborating to drive the transformation agenda across people, process, technology, culture change and ways of working domains. Clearly future focused, this role will be critical in ensuring SEO adapts and transforms with developments within the technology and telco domains.
This role engages with the Senior Leadership Team within SEO and across nbn, working closely with the Strategy business transformation teams to transform the ways of working between SEO and the rest of nbn.
This role is also responsible for setting the longer-term roadmap and workforce plan for the Business Unit aligning this back to nbn strategy, business architecture outcomes, the technology roadmap and business process re-engineering requirements. The role also provides input into the definition of the SEO yearly strategic initiatives and the delivery program to support the wider SEO transformation agenda.
This role engages closely with Strategy & Transformation on the move to Enterprise Agility and will be the key interface in how SEO changes to work most efficiently across nbn. It provides the thought leadership on the SEO operating model and ways of working including culture, capabilities, optimisation opportunities and future workforce planning.
A bit about you
To be successful in this role, you will have significant experience in business transformation or strategy roles and managing financial and operational aspects of a business.
You will have strong familiarity and understanding of longer-term trends and practices in relation to IT delivery functions and exceptional stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills, in particular with senior management groups.
A background in lean six sigma and process efficiency will be highly regarded.
