Job Description
Located in in the Melbourne CBD and reporting to Senior Director Business Development (BD) & New Products the role of the Associate Director -CNS is pivotal in leading the development of clear and insight driven strategies for the portfolio and the implementation of impactful plans with effective sales and marketing execution to deliver return on investment while building high performing teams within the CNS business unit.
The Associate Director-CNS will
- Lead Marketing delivery and business results
- Drive impactful sales Implementation
- Create a culture of high performance, accountability with high support aligned with Seqirus strategy and values
- Act as lead representative of the company with in-license partners to drive reputation and productive relationships
- Contribute as a leader within the organisation with initiatives to raise performance and develop capabilities
We are looking for a pharmaceutical professional with
- More than 8 years in the Pharmaceutical industry in sales and marketing roles
- Track record of achievement as a leader preferably leading brand managers and sales representatives ideally in the Pharmaceutical industry
- Marketing or business development experience and a comprehensive understanding of the pharmaceutical market
- Bachelor’s Degree in business/marketing, life sciences or healthcare discipline (science, medicine, pharmacy or nursing); MBA or other graduate degree preferred
Your leadership skills will enable you to effectively develop and lead a team of Brand managers and an Area Business manager and their teams to achieve financial and business partner targets.
You will be a person who values accountability and collaboration. You revel in diversity and thrive on developing strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
