About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Delivery Lead to manage major Salesforce programs, using your delivery expertise, business acumen and sound communication skills to translate the possible into reality for enterprise clients. You will have a sound background leading complex Digital and CRM programs, working with senior stakeholders, and experience leading multiple major Salesforce implementations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce.com engagements providing delivery leadership to the client and team
  • Assess the engagement performance, delivery risks, issues and assess impact on solution and service delivery commitments or to client relationships
  • Analyze the needs of the target users and how they perform tasks to create an optimized user experience.
  • Establish a plan to review and manage client expectations throughout delivery and ensure the values we are delivering are in line with client expectations
  • Create an integrated project plan, showing high-level flow of project milestones and dependencies across deliverables
  • Lead business and functional requirements definition and prioritisation/scoping of requirements
  • Monitor and control the quality management process, manage expectations, conduct milestone reviews, manage process performance and drive continuous improvement
  • Manage the project’s financial, resource strategy and contingency
  • Coach the client and team on the best practices for solution positioning and delivery
  • Build and maintain high performance teams
  • Support pre-sales activities inclusive of participating in sales calls and proposal development

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience leading Enterprise class CRM and Digital transformation programs across the full project life cycle.
  • A strong background with Salesforce based implementation programs (those with 5+ years Salesforce experience will be highly preferred).
  • Knowledge of release, environment management and experience in projects involving data migration
  • Knowledge of Agile methodology and DevOps / CI/CD approaches preferred
  • One or more current Salesforce certifications (Administrator/Advanced Administrator, Platform Developer 1 or 2, App Builder, Sales/Service/Community Cloud) is highly regarded.

  • Excellent communication (written and oral), presentation and management skills
  • Proven ability to build, manage, lead and foster a team-oriented environment
  • Desire to adapt to a dynamic work environment and be a leader within a team
  • Customer oriented and great at building trusted client relationships
  • Proven experience delivering Agile and Iterative projects with multi skilled teams & multi geography
  • Strong background in leading and delivering enterprise software implementations – Salesforce.com preferred
  • Consulting experience with a medium to large consulting firms focusing on cloud computing or enterprise applications preferred
  • Agile, PMP, Prince2 and other project delivery certifications preferred
  • Salesforce.com certifications preferred
  • 5+ years of consulting experience preferred; executive level sales support experience in consulting/professional services.
