ABOUT THE ROLE
In this role you’ll take care of the delivery of new business outcomes across the AFL & Marvel Stadiums corporate hospitality and premium membership product suite including Medallion Club, Diamond Club, Premier Suites and Centre Wing. You will also be responsible for supporting the sales agenda accross Premium Casual Packages, AFL Connect, Venue and Function Sales and Grand Final.
You’ll work closely with the Business Development Manager to deliver significant new business outcomes. If you're looking for a change in your career in the new year then this might just be the role for you!

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
- You'll work collaboratively with the broader team to drive New Business agenda
- You'll support the development and implementation of clear new business and acquisition strategies across all stadium and AFL premium membership and hospitality products
- Unlock new revenue opportunities amongst our existing portfolio of clients as well as across broader premium and corporate sales portfolios
- Explore and leverage key industry relationships to unlock new revenue growth
- Implement specific client account management plans for high-value clients
- Ensure all commercial indicators and new business pipelines are captured in CRM
OUR IDEAL TEAM MEMBER
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role
- Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to deliver quality outcomes in a fast paced environment
- Ability to forge strong, sustainable client and stakeholder relationships
- Passionate about delivering an exceptional sales experience
- Extensive experience in development of new revenue channels and commercial innovation
- Exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
