A bit about your role
An exciting opportunity has opened with nbn to join the team as a Domain Iteration Manager reporting into the Executive Manager, DevSecOps Digital Services. You will be joining a large engineering team (50+ engineers), that is responsible for delivering and supporting IT changes related to in-house and commercial applications, following scaled agile and DevSecOps practices.
In the role of Domain Iteration Manager, you will be responsible for driving the planning, estimation and execution of system delivery work items to time, quality and budget targets within a Technology Domain and assist in the identification of resource needs for systems delivery and support delivery reporting and communication.
In the role of Scrum Master, you will provide support to agile teams in the Technology Domain where the level of in-team Scrum Master capability is inadequate. In this capacity you will provide a servant leadership role to agile team members to enable them to self-organize, self-manage and drive continuous improvement via effective Lean-Agile practices and help team members communicate, coordinate and cooperate; thereby assisting the team in meeting their delivery goals.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate for this role is an individual who has a strong background in, scaled agile, DevSecOps and general IT delivery practises.
Furthermore, you will ideally meet the below criteria to be successful in this role:
- Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or other agile practices
- Experience with relevant COTS or nbn custom build systems relevant to the Technology Domain
- Automation testing experience using Cucumber, Selenium, or other tools
- CI/CD frameworks, Jenkins & Git working knowledge
- Experience with customer front end applications eg. Website, Portal applications
- SAFe Scrum Master certification or equivalent
