We have an exciting opportunity for a talented senior leader to join our business as Regional Branch Manager . In this role you will lead, through leaders, the operation of the Cummins Wetherill Park and Hume branches.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways\:
- Full accountability for creating and maintaining Right Work Environment,
- Leading sustained growth through the provision of world-class sales and support for an enviable on-highway, off-highway, power generation, mining and marine customer base whilst ensuring best in class operational efficiency
- Craft the culture of two of our strategically positioned Cummins Branches and position
- Lead, motivate and engage a team of 100 employees across two Cummins Branches
- Champion Cummins leadership behaviors, mission, vision and values
- Demonstrate leadership to ensure all Health, Safety & Environmental policies, procedures and legislations are maintained where appropriate
- Meet / exceed sales, profit and expense objectives as outlined within the regional AOP
To be successful in this role you will need the following\:
- Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service to customers across a diverse region and customer base
- Dedicated to building the, ‘Right Work Environment’, including a focus on Health, Safety and Environment
- Current valid driving license
