ABOUT THE ROLE
Support the Workforce Planning team with the coordination and administration for the department. Ensure all rostering requirements are met to enable us to deliver outstanding customer service to all.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF
- Administration, maintenance, and event templates for the EmpLive system, ensuring rosters are computed, sent, and inputted into EmpLive to meet all deadlines.
- Liaise with the Event Managers to ensure that numbers and positions are rostered as required by the Hirer and Event Operations Department.
- Establishing rapport with casual team and be the main point of contact.
- Office duties, inc. monitoring phone calls and emails, and responding to all casual team enquiries.
- Ensure all HR functions are delivered ethically and within legislative guidelines and that all policies and procedures are followed correctly.
- Assist Workforce Planning Manager where required in all aspects of recruitment, training, and performance management of casual event staff.
- Contribute to key projects within and outside of core role.
- Support and contribute to the success of the broader team.
