A Snapshot

As the Treasury Manager, you will report to the Head of Treasury, and work closely with the global Finance team, making your mark in a number of ways:

• You will be responsible for the day to day management of funding locally, including cash management, utilisations and interest costs, and the reporting of key information and financing undertakings.
• You will assist with the management of ongoing capital requirements from existing and new funding sources and managing the associated execution process.
• You will interface with local and offshore debt investors, maintaining and strengthening these relationships and building new relationships over time.

Your Day to Day

• Capital Sourcing: support Head of Treasury with managing local and offshore corporate and SPV funding requirements
• Debt origination and execution: support Head of Treasury and other key stakeholders in managing all aspects of a financing process including development and negotiation of documentation (including debt term sheet), engagement and preparation of the due diligence and other key advisors (including but not limited to legal and financial) and carriage of the financial close process
• Debt Undertakings and ESG / Sustainability: support the Head of Treasury and work closely with local and global Finance, Corporate Development, Sustainability and Treasury teams to ensure ongoing compliance with key reporting and financial undertakings
• Monthly Funding: work closely with global Finance team to review development reporting, including working with the appointed independent engineer and any other specialist advisor
• Interest cost management: support the Head of Treasury in maintaining monthly and quarterly interest and commitment fee calculations, MTM, and payment of interest and swaps
• Hedging: support Head of Treasury with implementation and ongoing managing of interest and FX hedging requirements as required
• Financial Model: work closely with the Corporate Development team, which generated and manages the financial model, in ensuring the model is accurate and up to date
• Reporting: assist Head of Treasury in preparation of executive, board and sponsor presentations and papers
• Capital planning: support Head of Treasury in the ongoing review and planning of appropriate capital structures and markets for existing and any new expansions, including supplementary workstreams (eg market DD, credit ratings, sustainability, green certification)
• Credit / Public ratings: support Head of Treasury with credit rating analysis and reporting
• Investor relationships: assist Head of Treasury with management of investor relationships
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Assist the Head of Treasury with developing and documenting best in class treasury framework, policies and over financial governance

Requirements

• You have a Bachelor degree (or above) in business, commerce, economics, finance or similar
• You have a minimum of 4 years project finance, institutional/corporate banking or treasury experience
• You have sound knowledge and understanding of loan documentation and credit analysis
• Ideally, you have debt origination and structuring experience, relevant commercial real estate/REIT and/or development finance experience
• You are passionate about Sustainability/ESG (and some knowledge of ESG financing desirable)
• Ideally, you have some understanding and Debt Capital Markets experience
• You are a fast learner who thrives working in a fast paced environment
• You have a strong attention to detail
