Transurban have a multi-billion-dollar pipeline and portfolio of assets, and as a Manager of Corporate Finance, you will contribute to future proofing our business. Using your commercial acumen and analytical insight, you'll evolve and ensure robust corporate financial models are fit for Transurban's executive committee and board to lean on and make decisions, on our existing assets and future investments. The position will provide valuation and general commercial support services with respect to a range of development, corporate finance, commercial and strategic initiatives within the group.

The impact you'll have:

• You'll ensure our business is fit for the future through the preparation of valuation-related materials and reports for:
  • current assets, ongoing development projects and our potential future investments
  • corporate metrics, including capital structure and company defence strategy
• You'll manage the financial models for new projects, financing or refinancing transactions, as well as providing transaction execution support
• You'll work collaboratively with other areas of the business in the analysis of business cases, operational initiatives and advise management on the impacts to the Transurban valuation, capital structure and cost of capital

• Degree qualified - you'll bring experience from investment banking, accounting or strategy consulting firms
• Your strong technical and financial skills are the asset behind your understanding of financial management and investment analysis
• You'll have an analytical mind enabling you to think outside the square and undertake appropriate reviews and strategic assessments of projects
• You'll be an effective communicator aiding your ability to present ideas, findings and recommendations in a clear and engaging way for a senior audience
• You'll be commercially savvy and can grasp ideas and concepts within a toll road environment
• You'll possess high levels of attention-to-detail, with the accuracy of the information you compile so that your stakeholders can make the right decisions
