What will your typical day look like?
Leadership & Learning create differentiated, future-focused and innovative learning experiences for our people to reimagine and realise their potential today, tomorrow and beyond. This role will manage the end to end project coordination of various events supporting the Risk Advisory and Learning Operations team and organisation of virtual and in-person learning logistics including course set up including calendar invitations, scheduling of faculty, printing, catering, room bookings, post course evaluations and pre-work where required. You will also manage the inboxes and calendars for our various programs as well as communicate with our facilitators, attendees and internal stakeholders.

You are someone with:
- Recent completion of business, HR, learning or a related field diploma or degree
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexibility and willingness to roll your sleeves up to get the job done
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills
