Success in the Role: What are the performance outcomes over the first 6-12 months you will work toward completing?
In this role, you are responsible for building strategic and robust execution plans, developing new practices, building lasting relationships with customers and partners. In this dynamic field-based role, you will develop and implement co-selling strategies for VMware solutions and services with VMware Channel partners. You will gain a deep understanding of your customer's challenges and goals. Nothing is more important to us than seeing our customers succeed.
The Work: What type of work will you be doing? What assignments, requirements, or skills will you be performing regularly?
- Seasoned seller of complex Software Solutions via a consultative outcome-based approach
- Bring the entire value that the VMware family offers to your customer to propose and deliver relevant solutions with tangible business outcomes
- Consistent attainment of sales targets
- Collaborating with the VMware Channel community to ensure early engagement and strong alignment as part of a virtual sales team
- Experience in maintaining relationships and influence within a customer and with external third parties that formulate a customer's critical thinking and actions
