About the Role
We are currently looking for an EHS Coordinator who is ready to take the next step in building their career. If you are enthusiastic, self-motivated and ready to learn, we want you to join our team in WA.
As the EHS Coordinator you will work collaboratively with our local management team to implement of the Australian Environment, Health and Safety Management System while also assisting with other EHS activities and training as required, including:
Work across multiple sites, coordinating with Supervisors to drive EHS implementation
Participate in EHS Activities such as hazard and incident reporting, incident investigations, workplace inspections and risk assessments
Assist with the development of Safe Work Instructions and Job Risk Analysis
Maintain EHS records and documentation
Ensure actions arising from audits are completed and opportunities for improvement are identified
Assist Operations Management to drive improvement in EHS culture and leadership
About You
You will have previous experience working within an EHS team and applicants who hold A Cert IV in Work Health and Safety, and a Cert IV in Training and Assessment will be at a distinct advantage.
You will be practiced in working within EHS Management systems and a working knowledge of Australis EHS legislation.
You are a natural communicator, able to work with, consult, and negotiate with multiple stakeholders.
You are an organised and confident user in records management.
And you are looking to build your career in EHS and passionate about sustainability and safety.
