About the role
The role of the Commissioning Manager is to ensure successful commissioning and handback in accordance to T&C standards and contractual requirements.
- Review the design and identify areas of improvement to aid the T&C programme and/or ability to commission systems
- Develop a robust scope of works for each T&C Package
- Manage T&C compliance, quality assurance, processes & tools to ensure continuous improvement.
- Provide leadership, direction, supervision and inspirational management to all team members
About You
- Experience in Rail Systems or Mechanical and Electrical packages on large Infrastructure projects
- Tertiary education preferably a Bachelor degree or Post-graduate qualification in Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering
- Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships with a variety of people at different levels both internally and externally.
- Must have an Australian drivers licence
- Demonstrated ability to work independently to organise and prioritise demands, handle multiple complex tasks simultaneously, set and meet deadlines and follow-through within a fast-paced environment with multiple and competing demands.
