Accenture’s Oracle professionals design, implement and deploy Oracle solutions to achieve defined business goals. Identify key requirements variances which need to be addressed. Update processes to address requirements and provide inputs into designs. Work with offshore teams on the design and development of solution in Oracle on prem and cloud ERP space.
Key Responsibilities:
Identifies, assesses and solves complex business problems for area of responsibility, where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of variable factors.
Interacts with senior management at a client and/or within Accenture on matters where they may need to gain acceptance on an alternate approach.
Has some latitude in decision-making. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures on new assignments.
Manages large - medium sized teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture.
Key Requirements:
Extensive experience in designing and implementing Oracle Cloud and Oracle eBusiness Suite solutions
Oracle eBS Supply Chain modules including Procurement
Experience in managing teams across change management, technology and functional design
Excellent team lead skills including ability to gather and document requirements, provide expertise to analyze client business requirements and suggest delivered solutions or workarounds to meet these requirements
Proven project delivery through full lifecycle from requirements through deployment / support
Experience in integration of Oracle solutions with other platforms, testing and conversion tools is a plus;
Excellent leadership, communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Certification in Oracle Procurement Cloud is a bonus!

Qualifications
Lead for the procurement stream of work in an Oracle ERP implementation. Work closely with client business process owners to understand the procurement processes and variation to standard best practice processes. Identify key requirements variances which need to be addressed. Update processes to address requirements and provide inputs into designs. Work with offshore team on the design and development of solution in finance space.
