The Role
Sodexo are seeking suitably qualified and highly motivated Facility Maintenance Supervisor to join our FM team on a permanent, full-time basis, within the Coastal region of Karratha. Reporting to the Area Manager, your key responsibility will be to oversee the team of trades on site providing advice and support to ensure work orders are carried out safely. Duties include completion of detailed scoping documents, quoting, supervising work, scheduling, report preparation and ensure work programs are on time and budget. The position on offer is on a FIFO 8:6 roster (flights from Perth).
In addition, being able to effectively manage both proactive and reactive work orders, develop relationships with key internal and external stakeholders in addition to building upon the already good culture is critical to the success in this role.
What we need from you
- Ability to overseeing the safe and efficient completion of planned, scheduled and preventative breakdown maintenance tasks
- Scoping of Facilities & Housing Maintenance tasks and packaging for contractor execution
- Engaging with the client and team to ensure good communication is provided to build strong relationships within
- Driving and promoting a zero-harm culture through proactive safety leadership and displaying a true value for safety
- Previous experience working with Property/Real Estate to manage maintenance issues across their portfolio of houses
- Degree qualification / Trade Certificate Plumbing/Electrical/HVAC/Carpentry
- Experience Operating Facilites Maintenance software programs to manage work orders/job cards aswell as being Profeciant in Microsoft Office
- CPR Certification (desirable)
- First Aid Certification(desirable)
- White card
- WA Manual Drivers Licence
