About the Role
We’re looking for a Copywriter & Content Specialist who will be the ideas-lead on our engaging campaigns, as well as defining our tone of voice across all customer-touchpoints.
You will need to be an eager and fast learner and a passionate creative. You will need to represent our brand values and tone of voice across all channels and customer segments.
Some of what you’ll be doing:
- Ideation, planning and conceptualization for creative campaigns based on business objectives and overall marketing strategy
- Developing and defining our tone of voice for all customer communications that aligns with broader brand framework and customer value proposition
- Working closely with agency to optimise website and app using best in class SEO and ASO tactics.
- Copywriting for all marketing tactics with our tone of voice, including emails, landing pages, push notifications, app content and collateral
- Monitoring and responding to all community enquiries/concerns/comments via social media
- Ideation and scheduling of engaging social content in accordance with brand values and current internet/popular culture
- Lead content related discussions with digital media team to ensure content is relevant for time of day and to specific audience segments
- Driving local community engagement by reaching out to social community groups
- Creating and executing social media strategy across all channels, engaging target audience with relevant brand communications and growing our follower-base
- Developing an Influencer program that drives awareness leading to purchase
- Working closely with CRM to drive A/B testing strategy
- Working closely with Customer service team on developing customer responses adhering to tone of voice
- Reporting on social media engagement metrics, including but not limited to influencer and creative effectiveness
- Manage and be the lead for all creative agency projects
What we’re looking for:
- 3+ years experience in a marketing or creative-related role, preferably within an e-commerce environment or Creative/Production agency
- Experience working with creative agencies or production agencies
- A strong copywriting background
- An understanding of SEO and ASO (App Store Optimisation)
- Experience working on large-scale, multi-channel campaigns including creative deliverables
- Tertiary Marketing qualification desired
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and juggle multiple responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Work collaboratively across the team but can also tackle projects independently
