The Opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Contracts Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and managing a diverse range of services provider contracts across the Woolworths Group Norwest, Mascot and Yennora support offices.
The role will see you monitor, manage and quality assure the services provided by third parties to ensure that high quality, cost effective and timely services are delivered to Woolworths Group support teams, in line with service agreements.
A typical day would involve:
- Negotiate and manage contracts to ensure the delivery of high quality, cost effective and timely workplace services
- Develop and monitor service level agreements and metrics for performance, and deliver performance reports to senior leaders
- Identify and implement efficiency opportunities, including obtaining input from internal SMEs regarding pricing, commercial requirements and constraints, and delivery timelines
- Operational management of key support areas of the Norwest Support Office facility including catering outlets, mailroom and bulk printing facility
- Resolve contract-related issues externally and internally, and act as a point of escalation during the life of the contract
- Management of contract end, including renewals, cancellations and negotiations
- Management of loading docks
Who we’re looking for:
- Proven track record in corporate Contracts management, ideally across multiple sites in relation to the provision of workplace/facilities services
- Excellent communication and people management skills to engage with a broad range of service providers
- Excellent influencing and negotiating skills including prior experience in contract negotiation
- Proactive, motivated and enthusiastic to identify and deliver efficiency opportunities
