UGL’s Manufacturing & Maintenance site based in Townsville is currently seeking an experienced Trades Assistant to join our team. This role will be offered on 12 month fixed term basis working day shift 6\:00am to 14\:30pm Monday to Friday.
About You
- Forklift Licence essential
- Overhead / Gantry Crane competency essential
- Dogging and Rigging (Desirable)
- Proactive and Enthusiastic
- Willingness to Learn
- Ability to learn and understand Parts and Documentation
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Wash bay operation experience (Desirable)
Tasks
- Crane operation
- Loading workstations with parts utilizing crane and forklift operation
- Complete quality documentation
- Assisting trades with variety of tasks
- Cleaning parts
- Wash bay operation
