About The Role:
Based in our Masterton Depot, you will be primarily responsible for our critical spares management and administrative tasks. You will also provide general stores and logistics duties as needed to support your team. Your duties will include (but not limited to):
- Receipting, handling, dispatching materials.
- Stock management.
- Accurate and timely record keeping.
- Be the client’s main point of contact for all critical spares matters within the region.
- Work with operational teams to meet critical spares requirements.
- Support, implement and adhere to H&S policies and procedures.
About You:
Our preference would be for you to have previous experience in a warehouse environment. We are though, open to offering the right person full training to get to this level. We will also be looking for:
- Competence with Microsoft Office including Excel skills.
- Good problem solving skills.
- J D Edwards experience desired, or similar ERP knowledge.
- Experience in a similar role.
- Electricity distribution network desirable.
- Current full drivers' licence and forklift licence.
- Hold Health & Safety in the highest regard.
