Based at our state of the art showroom in Brisbane, we have a great customer focussed opportunity which plays at the tip of all that is innovative in home automation.
Reporting to the National Sales Manager, Clipspec, the key requirements of this role will be delivery of exceptional customer service, and retail sales and support to builders and their clients. At your disposal will be fully operational integrated systems enabling you to demonstrate the very best of our smart home & lifestyle technology - training will be provided.
Our solutions include; smart home automation technology, networking and associated equipment as well as outdoor living and all of our traditional power and lighting products.
Specific responsibilities will include but not limed to:
- Generation of sales and exceptional customer service
- Assisting the external sales team with seeking and securing new business opportunities
- Demonstrating our product range and educating customers in relation to the benefits of the recent advances in lighting, electrical, and home automation solutions
- Maintain regular contact with builders and their clients including support of customer software requirements
- Maintaining product and pricing information on the builder’s database
- Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven customer service and retail sales experience (Essential)
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Highly developed time management and organisational skills
- Advanced computer skills
Genuine interest in technology, particularly around home automation.
Previous sales experience in electrical, lighting and associated industries (Desirable)
