About the role
We have several permanent full-time opportunities.
As an Underground Operator at our Dendrobium Mine, you will execute the production activities according to the schedule.
Key accountabilities
- Execute work activities according to the daily plan
- Work with physical assets, plant and equipment as defined by the Mine’s standards and operating procedures
- Adhere to defined standard procedures and apply safe work practices
- Assist to develop and enhance work practices and procedures
- Review and update plans, equipment history and communicate status to appropriate parties
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting of all incidents and hazards
About you

In addition, you will have:
- Experience working at an underground coal operation
- Generic Underground Coal Induction including training in self escape and CABA
- Relevant underground coal authorisations to operate plant and equipment such as Underground diesels and production equipment
- Valid Driver’s Licence

Location
This position will be at the Dendrobium mine which is in the southern coalfields of New South Wales, near the coastal city of Wollongong and approximately 75 kilometres south and southwest of Sydney.
