WesTrac currently has a wide range of career opportunities available for both entry-level and experienced StorePersons to join our Parts Distribution Centre in South Guildford.
As a Storeperson at WesTrac there are various tasks that the individual will be responsible for, including but not limited to; picking and packing customer orders, Radio Frequency (RF) scanning, forklift operating, processing customer order data into Warehouse Management Systems and ensuring the workplace remains safe for team members at all times.
The following is essential:
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Ability to quickly learn in-house software and IT systems
- Customer service skills – Previous experience liaising with customers and handling customer enquiries seen as advantageous
- Previous experience using Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word and Excel) seen as advantageous
- Commitment to WesTrac’s SPARC Values (Safety, Pride, Accountability, Respect, Customer) and Quality Policies
The following is desirable:
- Forklift Ticket (LF, LO), Reach Truck
- Experience racking equipment from 2.5T to 9T.
- Previous experience using Microsoft packages (Outlook, Word and Excel)
Rosters:
There are various rosters available and flexibility that can be offered to accommodate all individuals.
Rosters include Day, Afternoon and Night Shift. 40 – 50 hours/week.
