With continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced change manager/consultant, based in North Sydney office, to join our collaborative team and meaningfully contribute to the ongoing success of TBH.
Reporting to the Group Head of Human Resources, this role will assist with supporting key organisational change and organisational development projects.
Specific deliverables include:
- Development and implementation of change management plans, assisting with the facilitation of key activities against projects as required.
- Assessment and definition of change management activities required across the Project deliverables.
- Development of compelling communications to support relevant change projects.
- Identifying and managing anticipated resistance to change.
- Providing reporting and other updates to management and project teams.
- Effective engagement with stakeholders across the TBH business.
- Identifying continuous improvement opportunities
- Create and maintain relevant documentation including presentations
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Organisational Change/Change Management or similar role.
- Strong understanding of how people journey through change, as well as the change process.
- Proven, effective stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently at all levels
- Ability to be flexible in your approach and response to business needs as they arise.
- Strong communication and organisational skills
