About the role
Our Flexible Labour Specialists play an integral role in contributing to Pacific National’s purpose: We deliver what matters. This isa planning and co-ordinating role working in partnership with our Qld Coal team to gather and understand labour requirements. You will have autonomy to manage your flex labour workforce volumes ensuring you have job ready skilled and competent labour resources that are trained in line with RTO requirements. A key focus is to build and manage collaborative relationships with our third party labour hire suppliers whilst ensuring they meet contractual obligations.
A typical day will have you reviewing depot labour plans, attend meetings, manage third party provider partnerships, co-ordinate staff and their on-boarding, organise trainee schools, compliance, reporting, administration and managing flex labour requests via our LiveHire system.
About You
You will have high energy levels and thrive working in a busy dynamic environment. You will be a forward thinker always being one step ahead of the plan with the ability to look at creative ways to build your flex labour pipeline. Collaboration, relationship management and influencing will come natural to you along with your ability to manage competing priorities. A background within recruitment or operations managing high volume requirements will be essential. Finally, you will align to our company values of Own It and Curiosity,
