About the role
As part of our People Team Agile Transformation, we have created Team Experience Tribes to bring our team value proposition to life through end-to-end delivery. The Value Leads will shape and grow an outstanding value proposition for Woolworths Team Members through deep understanding and insight of team needs, and exceptional planning to focus squads on the “moments that matter most”. This role will engage broadly across the People Team, business and a portfolio of squads to put Teams at the heart of our delivery, driving deeper personalisation & care across our Team Journeys.
The My Career Experiences Tribe has a mission to attract and retain top talent across the Woolworths Group through the design and delivery of amazing talent solutions. We will lead on behalf of Woolworths to offer personalised career experiences enabling our team to build meaningful careers for now and into the future.
This role will engage broadly across the people team, business and our portfolio of squads to put Teams at the heart of our delivery, driving deeper personalisation & care across our Team Journeys, defining clear objectives and key results to realise regular value across our quarterly delivery cycles.
As part of the My Career Experiences Tribe, the Meaningful Careers Value Lead leads our talent and team experience to bring to life our EVP and unlock talent to enable meaningful careers across the Woolworths Group.
About you
You’re known as a highly collaborative and engaging leader who has the ability to create inspiration and drive the delivery of solutions, support & advice to step-change our team’s experience. As an expert in Talent Management and career pathways you drive innovation and thrive in an environment that challenges thinking and stretches capability. You are energised by the shift to agility and adapting to new ways of working. Optimistic for what’s possible, you are a true storyteller with the ability to cut through the complex to create simple yet compelling plans, shaping the roadmap and priorities with squads to deliver tribe value missions. Excited by change and transformation you can adapt quickly and demonstrate the discipline and buoyancy to be able to pivot, and balance your energy on the future and the everyday, remaining attuned to the work and showing deep care for teams who are delivering.
You will have proven experience in designing critical pathways to identify how we build talent for roles of tomorrow and you have led a Talent Management approach and practices across scale and niche complex. You also have a strong working knowledge of enabling op models, retention strategies and EVP design and delivery. Demonstrated ability to influence, establish and maintain strong relationships with senior management along with leading and developing high performing teams is essential in your success. #work180
