The Role
Due to business growth in Western Australia, we are looking to expand our Professional Services Temp Team. In this role you will be partnering with some of our current White Collar clients providing temporary recruitment solutions for Professional Services roles including; Administrators, Customer Service Officers, Data Entry Clerks, Accounts professionals, Receptionists, Recruitment & HR professionals.
This is a very warm desk (with 15 active temps) that has live jobs ready to work on and is already generating a solid gross profit, so you will be able to hit the ground running. The desk can be very fast paced and requires someone that is motivated and uses their initiative on a daily basis. There is great potential to make this a very lucrative role. You will have a ready-made Client base to work from and grow. However, you will also build your Client base further through targeted campaigning.
Reporting to Professional Services Recruitment Manager, you will join an office of energetic consultants who like to have fun. There are currently 8 Consultants in the Professional Services Temp Team with a total of 30 Consultants in the PERSOLKELLY Perth Branch.
In addition to a very competitive salary, PERSOLKELLY consultants enjoy an individual quarterly Bonus Plan as well as National quarterly awards with some fantastic incentives.
What you will be doing:
- Taking responsibility for numerous existing client accounts and building/ retaining those relationships
- Developing a business strategy to target new key clients
- Meeting with your clients to plan recruitment requirements and take any job specifications
- Advising clients on pay rates and candidate availability
- Sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn etc.
- Negotiating job offers
- Building strong candidate pools
- Providing second to none customer service to all clients and candidates
- Working collaboratively with the entire team, with active contribution to team marketing and training
- Meeting agreed KPI activity and revenue targets
About you:
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years in a Senior role within a Recruitment Environment
- Experience working in a high-pressured environment
- Previous experience working with multiple clients and meeting their requirements
- Fantastic attention to detail and ability to be versatile with conflicting priorities throughout the day
- Great communication skills
- Resilient and persistent
- Self-motivated with the competitive drive to meet and exceed targets and KPI’s
- Must have drivers’ licence and own vehicle
