About the role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen to for a HR Support Advisor to join us on a permanent basis. Joining a centralised team of eight HR Advisors and you will support the team in the allocation of new cases as well as having responsibility of managing lower-level HR queries.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to queries from Leaders regarding HR policies and procedures as we as offering advice on visas and return to work processes
- Take ownership of the HR inbox, allocating new HR cases to Advisors or forwarding queries to other HR teams to action appropriately
- Prepare HR reports as needed through the SuccessFactors system
- Provide any additional support to the HR Advisors and HR Team Lead as required
About you:
You will be an experienced coordinator or administrator with strong organisation and support skills. As someone with a keen interest In HR you will gain exposure to a variety of different HR cases and HR operations.
Key skills and experience:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in HR and/or experience in a similar role
- Proven experience in an administration or coordination role supporting a HR team
- Basic understanding of HR policies and how to allocate HR Cases
- Experience in HR Reporting (Successfactors or similar)
