We are looking for a new team member to join Active Tree Services who is interested in providing exceptional administration support to our busy NSW commercial department.
Arboriculture and vegetation management is a multi-billion dollar industry with a future in Australia. It involves the management of individual trees, typically in and around the places where people live, work and play.
The role:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced administration professional to join our administration team based in Mona Vale, NSW. Reporting to the Business Manager NSW Commercial, you will support operations by ensuring the delivery of a wide range of administration activities and support services.
The role requires you to generate various reports, analyse data, monitor and prioritise internal and external communications, be a key customer liaison, coordinate and assist with payroll collation, internal cost transfers, undertake contract administration, entering quotes, manage training requirements and more.
This role will suit a professional who enjoys variety and is experienced in handling a wide range of complex tasks whilst managing internal stakeholders’ expectations.

What we need from you:
- Experience or the fundamentals in accounting practices
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite a focus on data collection, analysis, and reporting
- Exposure to data management systems
- Experience in managing the general functions of an administration and support office
- Reliable with good communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
