The Retail Bank is the public face of CommBank – in branches, on the phone, through videoconferencing and online. What will you do?
Along with your regular duties as a Savings Specialist you will be required to support the Branch Manager in leading and motivating a team to success. You will respond to customer queries in a professional and effective manner, proactively identifying products and services relevant to the customer's needs.
You will coach your fellow team members on the current rates and campaigns along with acting as a point of reference for deposit related issues.
What will help you succeed?
To be successful in this role you'll have the ability to ask the right questions and find the right solutions, to act with integrity and place the customer at the centre of everything you do. You'll need to bring your passion for service excellence and, whilst being comfortable working independently,you will also be able to refer our customers to other specialist team members in order to better serve their needs.
You will be able to demonstrate an ability to work in a busy, commercial and driven retail environment whilst seeing the big picture for customers and providing them with holistic solutions.
Most importantly you'll need to have a genuine passion for leadership and customer service. You understand the importance of doing the right thing ensuring we're putting our customer's needs first.
