Catch22 has designed and delivered services that build resilience and aspiration in people and communities. Employability support is a division that helps individuals who have struggled to find work through conventional routes and work with employers to provide sustainable jobs for everyone.

Meet the speakers
Natasha Takhar is the Partnerships Manager for the Horizons Employability Programme at Catch22. Her work focuses on driving equity, diversity, and inclusion in the workforce through collaborative partnerships, projects and events with employers and like-minded organisations. Natasha is passionate about creating inclusive recruitment strategies to attract diverse talent and empower underrepresented communities.
Carly McGoldrick is Senior Development Manager in the Partnerships team at Catch22. In her current role Carly leverages fundraising from corporates, trusts and foundations, with current partners including TikTok and National Grid. Leading on the development of green and creative jobs programmes, Carly works collaboratively to design programmes that help disadvantaged people get into long-term careers and is committed to making opportunities accessible for all.
