Session details and format

Hosted by Knight Frank, the session will reveal their partnerships and how they tackle occupational segregation in the property industry. They will also share how they create employment pathways for professional sportswomen and opportunities within the agency where women are underrepresented.

Furthermore, there will be a recap on some of Knight Frank’s diversity and inclusion initiatives in the last year as part of their D&I strategy and roadmap.

The session will be a presentation with a panel discussion, followed by Q&A.

Meet the speakers

Kristin Hay

Partner and Head of People & Culture

Kristin is a commercial & progressive HR leader who has lead international HR teams driving transformational change across the business. She has worked in her field of expertise (HR/People & Culture) for over 30 years both in Australia and internationally and is known for her ability to bring about positive change and value add strategies. She is passionate about diversity, inclusion and wellness and has a mission to do whatever she can do influence the environment around her to make people’s working lives better.

Louise Gcabashe

Director and Head of Learning & Organisational Development

Louise has worked within the Human Resources field for over 23 years, gaining exposure across global corporations holding various leadership, generalist and specialist roles. With a passion for organisational capability, strategy, learning, diversity and equity, she is focused on contributing towards the creation of a culture of continuous learning, transformation and high engagement.

Grace Egan

Sales & Leasing Executive, Industrial Logistics

Grace has recently joined our Industrial team in Victoria as part of Knight Frank’s partnership with AFLW clubs to create employment opportunities for professional sportswomen. She plays for the Carlton Football Club as part of the AFLW league since 2019 while working in various customer service roles in order to support her professional career.
