You will be responsible for representing AC3, providing an exceptional customer experience, and support the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of End User Compute devices managed by AC3.

About the role
The Digital Workplace function aligns technology, employees and business processes to improve operational efficiency.
You will be responsible for representing AC3, providing an exceptional customer experience, and support the request, acquisition, deployment, maintenance, utilization, and disposal of End User Compute devices managed by AC3.
- Perform onsite support (as needed) and remote support for end user devices and applications using remote management tools
- Management and deployment of SOE images for user devices via SCCM/Intune
- Application packaging and deployment via SCCM/Intune
- Desktop and Mobile Device Management using SCCM/Intune
- Maintaining end user compute related Group Policy Objects within AC3 supported environments
- Performing end user compute related patch management and relevant reporting activities
- Troubleshooting and resolving email related issues, Office365 / Exchange
- Liaising with and escalating to internal teams relating to server or platform related problems
- Champion a ‘shift-left’ mindset in helping users ‘self-serve’ as often as possible with better automation, portal capability and Knowledge Base articles
- Must have strong experience with Windows Server Administration (Group Policy, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, File and Storage)
- 2+ years experience in a similar Engineer or Systems Administration role
- 4+ years experience in supporting end user devices and applications
- Working knowledge of Service Asset & Configuration Management processes
- Level 2+ knowledge of Desktop, Networking and Windows Server technologies to effectively and logically troubleshoot and isolate issues: LAN/WAN/VPN/DHCP/DNS/AD/File Services/Group Policy/AV/Exchange Online + O365 etc
