We are looking for an exceptional ITS Project Manager for our Majors Road project and a few other projects on tendering stage might be awarded shortly.


The ITS Project Manager will oversee the design, planning, construction, testing, start-up, and integration of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), controls, and communication systems. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.



Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate testing and commissioning activities.
• Resolve testing and commissioning issues.
• Guide Project Managers and Field Supervisors.
• Lead handover activities with external infrastructure owners.
• Prepare and review Inspection and Test Plans, verification checklists, and related documents.
• Manage ITS & Controls subcontractors.
• Plan and manage construction activities.
• Interface with clients regarding ITS, Controls, Communications, and Integration.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Provide regular updates on project progress.
• Maintain accurate quality records.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Tertiary Qualifications (preferably in Engineering).
• Advanced level in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent planning and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and time management.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
• In-depth knowledge of procurement.

Minimum Experience:

• 7+ years of experience in construction/engineering/ITS & controls.
• Previous project work experience.
